Installation
- Install Pulzia in your monday.com account and accept the requested permissions (read boards, read and write updates).
- Open any board, click + in the views bar, choose Apps and then Pulzia.
- The first time, enter your company name and your assistant's name.
- Choose, in order, the boards that are your business stages. Optional: the status column and the follow-up date column of each.
- Save. To change anything later, click the gear icon.
How to talk to it
Tap the microphone or type. Some questions it understands:
- “How are we doing?”
- “What got done today?” / “And this week?”
- “What's pending?” or “what's overdue?”
- “Show me stage 2.”
- “Find the item for Company X.”
- “Add a note to Company X: called today.”
The phone button opens call mode, full screen and over the internet.
FAQ
Can Pulzia see all my boards?
Only the ones the current user can already see in monday.com, and it only queries the boards you chose as stages.
Does it keep a copy of my data?
It does not copy your boards. It stores your settings and a short conversation history per user in monday.com app storage.
Which languages does it support?
The monday.com languages. It automatically uses the language set in your monday.com profile.
The microphone doesn't work
Check that your browser allows microphone access for monday.com. In Safari: Settings → Websites → Microphone. You can also type.
I get a permissions error
Uninstall and reinstall Pulzia to accept the updated permissions. Your settings are kept.
