This policy explains what information Pulzia (“Pulzia”, “we”), the monday.com app that provides a voice assistant with an avatar, processes and how we protect it. Contact: soporte@pulzia.app.
1. Information we process
- monday.com board data: at the moment of each question, Pulzia queries the boards the user selected as stages, using that same user's permissions. We do not keep permanent copies of that data on our own servers.
- Settings: company name, assistant name, selected boards and columns, and home options. Stored in monday.com app storage, separated by account.
- Short conversation history: a summary of each user's recent conversations to provide continuity. Stored in monday.com app storage.
- Conversation voice and text: processed to understand the question and answer by voice.
- Support data: if you contact us, your name, email and message content.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the service: answer your questions, show panels, add notes to an item when you ask, and provide support. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own models.
3. Service providers
- monday.com: the platform where your data lives and where Pulzia is installed.
- ElevenLabs: processes voice and conversation in real time. During a conversation it receives the text and audio and the query results needed to answer.
- Zoho Desk: handles support messages.
Each provider processes information under its own policies and agreements.
4. Retention and deletion
When you uninstall Pulzia we stop accessing your account. To delete your settings and conversation history, email soporte@pulzia.app and we will do so within 30 days.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Pulzia uses monday.com authentication and never handles user passwords.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing soporte@pulzia.app, in accordance with the data protection laws that apply to you.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify you of significant changes.
